Samantha works in our front office at check-in and check-out. She greets you when you arrive, gathers your insurance information, and can also schedule your appointments. She can answer questions you may have concerning our services, products, or policies. Samantha is happy to assist you in any way possible or will direct you to the person that can help you.

Crystal works in our front office at check-out and check-in. She will schedule your follow-up appointments, answer your phone calls, and may check you in at times. Feel free to ask her questions regarding our services, products, or policies. Crystal can assist you with any questions you may have or get you to the person that can help you.

Sue works in our medical records and billing department. She scans all information into your chart, tracks down any tests or records needed, and informs you of your account status. She will kindly help wherever she is needed, though. You are welcome to ask Sue any questions you may have about your insurance, medical records, office policies, services, and products.

Deena is the our office manager. She is glad to help you with any issue – billing/insurance, scheduling, staff, services, products, etc. We are always happy to hear your comments (good or bad), so that we can serve you better. Please feel free to speak with Deena if you have any concerns or feedback.

Angela assists Dr. Swisher on a daily basis. She takes your vital signs, collects your medical history, and can assist with any procedure during your appointment (EKG's, breathing treatments, injections, blood draws, etc.) Angela will inform you of your test results and helps with your phone calls.

Amy assists Wesley Reid on a daily basis. She takes your vital signs, collects your medical history, and can assist with any procedure during your appointment (EKGs, breathing treatments, injections, blood draws, etc.) Amy will inform you of your test results and helps with your phone calls.

Tacha takes care of nurse visits, such as injections, ear lavages, and BP checks. She handles your medication refills, precerts to insurance companies, and reminder calls to remind you of your appointment. She may call to inform you of test results. She also assists the doctors and front office staff if needed.
